US Army Corps of Engineers: Residents Office Complex

AACON delivered this project to the USACE Western Kentucky Nashville District in the spring of 2018. The scope of work included the removal and proper disposal of existing EPDM (ethylene propylene diene terpolymer) roof covering materials, and installation of a complete and new roofing system. AACON removed and replaced all roof drains with new elements, such as parapet walls, new roof drains, as well as the installation of roof penetrations. In addition, AACON provided a 15-year warranty for the complete roofing system. The previous roof caused minor interior damages to the ceiling tiles, insulation, counter tops, and various appliances, which were repaired and replaced by AACON. Despite several possible bad weather and high wind delays, the AACON team effectively utilized their team and time to ensure the project was completed on schedule.
