Romano Mazzoli Federal Building Restroom Retrofit

As the Prime Contractor, AACON completed upgrades for 46 restrooms which totaled 9,200 sq. ft. spread throughout the 497,000 sq. ft. building. Work consisted of a full demolition and retro-fit with all new fixtures and finishes including sinks, mirrors, faucets, toilet seats to match existing toilets, new granite countertops and re-grouting of tile floors. The renovation project was performed between 6:00 p.m. to 5:00 a.m. daily and AACON implemented a Saturday and Sunday work schedule to eliminate interference with the tenants normal business activities.
